2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all subscriptions:

  • Available to all customers, including returning subscribers
  • Request must be made within 14 days of your purchase date
  • Full refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • No questions asked - we process all legitimate refund requests
  • Refunds typically process within 5-10 business days

This guarantee allows you to try our service risk-free and ensure it meets your needs, regardless of how much of the service you've used during the trial period.

3. Good Faith Usage

While we offer an unconditional 14-day refund window, we expect all customers to use our service in good faith. We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:

  • Clear evidence of fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Repeated pattern of subscribing and requesting refunds

These protections help us maintain fair pricing and quality service for all our customers.

4. Refunds Beyond 14 Days

After the 14-day guarantee period, refunds may still be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: Critical bugs that prevent you from using the service
  • Service Downtime: Extended periods where our service is unavailable
  • Billing Errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect plan billing

These refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be prorated based on the service period affected.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Cancel through your account settings or Paddle dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain access to your credits until the period ends
  • Unused credits after cancellation do not roll over or convert to refunds

If you cancel within the 14-day guarantee period, you are eligible for a full refund under Section 2.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: Include your account email, subscription plan, and purchase date
  3. Wait for Response: We will review your request within 48 hours
  4. Refund Processing: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Please note that we may ask for additional information to verify your identity and subscription details.

7. Credit Refunds for Failed Translations

If a translation fails due to technical errors on our end:

  • Credits are automatically refunded to your account
  • No manual request needed for automatic refunds
  • Refund appears within minutes of failure
  • You can immediately retry the translation

If credits are not automatically refunded, contact support with your translation ID.

8. Plan Changes

8.1 Upgrades

  • When you upgrade, you are charged a prorated amount for the remaining period
  • New credit limit applies immediately
  • No refunds for unused credits from the previous plan

8.2 Downgrades

  • Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle
  • No prorated refunds for the difference in plan cost
  • Use your existing credits before the downgrade takes effect

9. Payment Processor

All payments and refunds are processed through Paddle, our secure payment partner. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. If you have questions about the refund status, you can also check your Paddle account or contact their support.

10. Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank:

  • Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team
  • Chargebacks may result in account suspension
  • Chargeback fees may be passed on if found to be fraudulent
  • We will work with you to resolve any billing disputes

11. Policy Changes

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
